Our first step, once we’ve partnered with your facility, is to reach out to your qualified residents’ family members and manage their enrollment in the dental plan. We take care of the entire process, from answering family member questions and obtaining consent to filing the liability adjustments with Alabama Medicaid. Once you’ve provided us with your residents’ face sheets, we will handle the rest.
Fee-For-Service Plan
We also provide all of our services on a fee-for-service basis for residents who don’t qualify for the Sanford Dental Plan; these patients will be billed for services rendered.
